Flooring leads are sold exclusive, one contractor per territory, by companies that sell many trades.

19 of the 21 flooring companies in our directory offer exclusive leads, and one locks a territory to one contractor per trade. Flooring is usually one trade on a long list, so the screens are home services screens: ownership, project and timeline.

Reviewed October 2026 Based on 21 flooring lead companies
In short

Flooring is sold as one trade among many. The companies in our directory list flooring beside roofing, HVAC, remodeling and other trades, and only one describes a flooring-specific product, for epoxy floors. 19 of the 21 offer exclusive leads, 15 deliver in real time, 11 sell inbound calls and 6 book appointments.

Exclusive here often means a territory, not just a lead. A few sellers give one contractor per trade per market or cap how many contractors they serve in an area. Screening centers on a homeowner or decision maker, in the service area, with a real project, a budget and a timeline, and several return policies credit out-of-area leads and the wrong trade, while a few credit renters.

Juiced distributes the web leads. Each contractor funds a wallet, sets filters and caps by ZIP code and job type, and bids above your minimum so the highest bid wins the lead in seconds. Leads no contractor takes go to your own marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys. Calls need separate call tracking.

Counts cover everything each company says it sells, which can include other verticals.

Exclusive is close to universal here, offered by 19 of 21 companies, while shared and aged leads are each offered by only 3. Inbound calls are the second product, offered by 11. A flooring seller who shares leads would stand out against the market, so if you do, say exactly how many contractors get each one.

What flooring leads are screened for

Flooring sellers screen like home services sellers, on who owns the floor, where the job is and whether the project is real.

  • Homeowner or decision maker. Several sellers confirm the person owns the home or can authorize the job, and a few return policies credit renters or tenants.
  • In the service area. A few sellers verify the project ZIP code against the contractor's area before delivery, and several credit or reassign leads that fall outside it.
  • A real project. Several sellers confirm a specific service request rather than a general inquiry, and a few name the job type, such as epoxy floors, repair or replacement.
  • Budget and timeline. A few sellers confirm the budget, the timeline and readiness to hire, and one asks the homeowner to state project, ownership, budget and timing up front.
  • Working contact details. A few sellers check the phone in real time, one confirms it with a one-time text code, and several filter spam, duplicates and wrong numbers.
  • Verification call. A few sellers call or talk with the homeowner before handing the lead over, and one includes its verification call notes with each appointment.

What a flooring lead has to carry

Contractors buy by ZIP code first: most sellers target by ZIP list, radius or service area, and one allows ZIP exclusions inside a radius. Several also filter by project type, budget range, job minimums, or residential versus commercial work.

Every lead type in Juiced starts with ten default fields. Add your own on top, and decide for each one whether it is required and whether the buyer receives it.

What you need to decide on a lead is not what you need to sell it

Every field carries four switches rather than one required flag.

Required for postMandatory when the lead is created: the full record you are selling.
Required for pingMandatory when checking which buyers want it. Usually a much shorter list.
DeliverableWhether the field is included in the data sent on to the buyer.
Hidden from API specKept off the public specification page.

Ping with zip, project_scope, flooring_material, number_of_rooms, homeowner and timeframe. That is enough for a flooring contractor to know if the job is in their area and the kind of work they do, without exposing contact details before the bid.

Exclusive means a territory here

In most markets exclusive means a lead goes to one buyer. A few flooring sellers go further and sell the territory: one contractor per trade per market, or a capped number of contractors per market. Four companies run a territory or availability check before a contractor starts.

A few sellers sell exclusivity as a per-order choice instead, exclusive to one contractor or shared with a small group in the area, and one sells branded campaigns where the contractor's own name and logo sit on the pages. Researchers also found one seller whose marketing says exclusive while its terms say leads are non-exclusive unless agreed in writing, and another whose page description mentions shared leads while the body says exclusive only.

A territory lock is the opposite of an auction. If several contractors cover the same ZIP codes, letting them bid for each exclusive lead in Juiced usually beats locking the area to one of them at a flat price.

How contractors start and what they commit to

Most flooring sellers advertise light commitments: 12 say there is no long-term contract and several say no setup fees or no monthly minimum. The exceptions are worth knowing. One sets a minimum term of several months, one sets a minimum monthly lead volume on its pay-per-lead plan, one starts most clients at a weekly minimum, one sells monthly appointment packages, and one takes an initial prepaid deposit set with an account manager.

Few say how contractors pay: 3 describe a prepaid or funded account and 2 a card on file, and two say unused prepaid funds are refundable. Three companies offer self-serve signup. In Juiced the contractor funds a wallet before leads arrive, so ask for that up front instead of promising a volume by a date.

Returns and the agency hybrids

Several flooring sellers publish a credit policy. Credited reasons include disconnected or wrong numbers, duplicates, out of area, the wrong trade, renters and homeowners who deny requesting the work. Not credited at a few: a homeowner who cannot be reached, one who chose another contractor, or a lead the contractor did not try to contact quickly. A few sellers say remedies are credit or replacement only, with no cash refunds, and one seller's help center allows form lead returns while its terms of service say no returns.

Several sellers here are agencies first. They sell pay-per-lead beside SEO or paid search management, and one runs campaigns in the contractor's own ad account with a per-lead fee on top. A flooring contractor comparing you with them is comparing a lead price with a managed service, so lead with exclusivity, speed and a clear return policy.

  • Write down what earns credit: bad contact, duplicate, out of area, wrong trade, renter.
  • Write down what does not: no answer, chose another contractor, slow follow-up.
  • In Juiced, approved returns are credited back to the contractor's wallet.

How Juiced runs a flooring lead business

  1. Buyers fund a wallet

Each buyer adds funds before leads arrive and is charged as each lead is delivered. Approved returns are credited back to the wallet. No invoices to send and no payments to chase.

  2. Buyers set filters and caps, then bid

Each buyer filters on your fields and caps how many leads they take. They bid above your minimum, and the highest bid wins the lead in seconds.

  3. Delivery goes where the buyer works

By webhook into the buyer’s CRM, by email or by text.

  4. Unsold leads go to your marketplace

A lead no buyer takes is not dropped. It goes to your own marketplace, where its price falls until someone buys it outright or a standing buy order picks it up.

Frequently asked

Should I sell flooring leads exclusive or shared?

Exclusive. 19 of the 21 flooring companies in our directory offer exclusive leads and only 3 offer shared, so contractors expect it. One seller also locks a territory to one contractor per trade, but letting several contractors bid on each exclusive lead keeps the price competitive.

What do flooring contractors ask before they buy?

Their questions on these sites repeat: are leads exclusive, how fast is the first lead, what if a lead is bad, can I pause, how many ZIP codes can I serve, is there a contract, and do leads go into my CRM. Answer each on the first call.

How do flooring sellers deliver leads?

Email is the most common delivery, followed by CRM integration and text alerts, and a few sellers say they deliver within seconds. Juiced delivers by webhook into the contractor's CRM, by email or by text.

Do flooring sellers sell calls and appointments?

Yes. 11 of the 21 sell inbound calls, 6 book appointments and 5 sell live transfers. Juiced distributes the web leads, and calls need separate call tracking.

Who buys flooring leads from publishers?

A few marketplaces and networks here buy leads from publishers and affiliates by ping post or API, and some screen suppliers before approving them.

What do flooring leads sell for?

No prices are published here. Sellers rarely publish them, and what a flooring lead sells for depends on whether it is exclusive or shared, a web lead or a call, the geography, how fresh it is and how many buyers want it. The pay-per-lead pricing guide shows how to work out your own floor from cost and let buyers bid above it.

Does Juiced handle flooring calls or live transfers?

No. Juiced distributes web leads and delivers them by webhook, email or text. It does not track or route phone calls, so if calls are part of your product you need call tracking software for that side.
