Gutter leads are one trade on a multi-trade menu, sold exclusive to one contractor.
Almost every one of the 19 gutter companies in our directory generates its own traffic across many home service trades. Most sell each lead to one contractor, a few lock a trade and territory to a single contractor, and nearly half also sell inbound calls.
Gutters are rarely sold on their own. Eighteen of the 19 companies in our gutter directory generate their own traffic, nearly all across many trades, and gutters sit next to roofing, siding, windows and HVAC. Most offer exclusive, real-time leads, and 9 of the 19 offer inbound calls.
The market splits between lead sellers and agencies. Four companies are performance agencies that run ads for one contractor, sometimes in the contractor's own ad account or under the contractor's brand, and charge per lead on top of a management fee or media spend. The rest sell leads by trade and ZIP code, and a few lock a trade and territory to one contractor.
Juiced lets each gutter contractor fund a wallet, set filters and caps by ZIP code and service type, and bid above your minimum so the highest bid wins the lead in seconds. Leads no contractor takes go to your own marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys, and approved returns are credited back to the wallet.

|---|---|
| Exclusive leads | 12 of 19 |
| Real-time leads | 14 of 19 |
| Shared leads | 1 of 19 |

Counts cover everything each company says it sells, which can include other verticals.
Exclusive leads are offered by 12 of the 19 companies and shared leads by only one, so gutter contractors here expect a lead to be theirs. Inbound calls appear at 9 and live transfers at several, so calls are a large part of this market. Juiced distributes web leads, so calls and transfers need separate call tracking.
What gutter leads are screened for
No company here publishes gutter-specific qualifiers, so the screening below draws on what the multi-trade sellers here check on every lead.
- Real need. Several sellers screen for intent, and one uses a detailed questionnaire to filter out low-intent and small repair requests.
- Homeowner in the service area. One seller verifies the ZIP code to block out-of-area leads, and several published return policies credit leads outside the contractor's service area.
- Working contact details. Most companies describe some contact check, from phone line and carrier validation to a scored contact grade, and a few call the homeowner to confirm the request before delivery.
- Duplicates. Several published policies credit duplicates within a set window, and one network rejects duplicates on phone or email within a category.
- Decision maker and timing. One seller confirms decision-maker status, timeline and readiness to hire by phone, and one network rejects price shoppers and people who are not the decision maker.
- Consent records. A few companies pass a consent certificate or lead ID with each lead, and one network requires its publishers to send a full consent record with every lead.
What a gutter lead has to carry
Eighteen of the 19 companies let contractors target by geography, most often ZIP codes or a radius, with some adding county, city or metro. Several also target by service or project type, and some by budget, residential or commercial, home value or demographics.
Every lead type in Juiced starts with ten default fields. Add your own on top, and decide for each one whether it is required and whether the buyer receives it.

What you need to decide on a lead is not what you need to sell it
Every field carries four switches rather than one required flag.
Ping with zip, service_type, property_type and timeline. That tells a contractor whether the job is in its area and is gutter work it does, before contact details are shared.
Exclusive by trade and territory
Eight of the 19 companies say each lead goes to one contractor and is never shared or resold. A few go further and give one contractor per trade per territory, and a few run a territory availability check before signup. Contractors here compare sellers against the big shared-lead marketplaces, and a few sellers answer that comparison directly in their FAQs.
Read the terms behind the word exclusive. Several companies' pages contradict each other, and a few have terms that allow wider sharing than the marketing suggests, such as passing unconverted leads to other contractors after a period or sharing consumer data with networks and lead buyers. If you sell exclusive gutter leads, say how many contractors see each lead in the agreement, not only on the homepage.
Juiced sends each lead to the single highest bidder. Several gutter contractors in one area can bid on the same ZIP codes, and each still gets leads no one else received.
Lead sellers versus agencies
Four companies here are performance agencies. One runs campaigns in the contractor's own ad account and charges per lead or appointment on top, one combines a per-lead price with a monthly management fee, and one offers a plan where the contractor pays media plus a fee per qualified lead. A few companies brand the landing pages with the contractor's own name.
Agencies sell a guarantee rather than a return policy: one promises a waived fee if a lead target is missed. Lead sellers price per lead, and several let contractors bid or price dynamically. If you sell leads, the funded balance is your version of commitment, so ask each contractor to fund a wallet before the first lead, with no free trial week and no promised volume by a date.
What contractors commit to and how they start
Eight companies stress no minimum, no setup fee or no monthly fee, while several ask for a commitment: a minimum term, a minimum monthly budget or coverage area, a minimum lead volume or an appointment package. A few take a card on file and one sets an initial prepaid deposit with an account manager.
Onboarding is a rep call or a self-serve signup where the contractor picks trades, ZIP codes and radius. Agencies quote days or weeks to first leads because they build campaigns first, so set the start date expectation on the first call.
Returns: what gets credited and what does not
Several companies publish detailed credit rules, and they agree on the basics: wrong or disconnected numbers, duplicates within a set window, out of area and wrong trade are credited. The ones that list exclusions name a lost job, a homeowner who hired someone else, comparison shopping or affordability. The split is over unreachable homeowners. Two sellers exclude them, and one credits them only after it confirms by text and phone that the homeowner never responds.
- One published policy says it gives a replacement lead, not a cash refund.
- One seller requires credited homeowners to go on the contractor's do-not-contact list, a clean way to stop a disputed lead being worked anyway.
- Calls are billed only past a minimum duration at a few sellers, and one network reviews call recordings for disputes.
- In Juiced, approved returns are credited back to the contractor's wallet.
How Juiced runs a gutter lead business
Buyers fund a wallet
Each buyer adds funds before leads arrive and is charged as each lead is delivered. Approved returns are credited back to the wallet. No invoices to send and no payments to chase.
Buyers set filters and caps, then bid
Each buyer filters on your fields and caps how many leads they take. They bid above your minimum, and the highest bid wins the lead in seconds.
Delivery goes where the buyer works
By webhook into the buyer’s CRM, by email or by text.
Unsold leads go to your marketplace
A lead no buyer takes is not dropped. It goes to your own marketplace, where its price falls until someone buys it outright or a standing buy order picks it up.

Frequently asked
Do gutter lead sellers sell only gutters?
Almost never. Nearly all the companies in our gutter directory sell many home service trades, and gutters sit beside roofing, siding, windows and HVAC. Give gutters its own lead type in Juiced so a gutter contractor's filters and bids stay separate.
Are gutter leads exclusive?
Usually. Twelve of the 19 companies offer exclusive leads and only one offers shared leads. A few give one contractor per trade per territory. Check the agreement, because a few companies' terms allow wider sharing than their pages suggest.
What do gutter sellers screen for?
Intent, a homeowner in the service area, the type of job, working contact details and no duplicates. One also confirms the decision maker and timeline by phone before delivery.
Do gutter contractors sign contracts?
Several companies advertise no long-term contract, though several ask for a minimum term, monthly budget or volume. In Juiced the contractor funds a wallet first and is charged as each lead is delivered.
Where do gutter sellers get their traffic?
Mostly their own: consumer quote sites, search, social, Local Services Ads and retargeting. Several also buy from partner sites and affiliates, and one network publishes rules for publishers, including no incentivized submits, no renters without owner authorization and a consent record with each lead.
How do gutter contractors set their area in Juiced?
Buyers set filters and caps. A contractor can filter on ZIP code, county or state and on fields such as service_type and property_type, then cap how many leads it takes.
What do gutter leads sell for?
No prices are published here. Sellers rarely publish them, and what a gutter lead sells for depends on whether it is exclusive or shared, a web lead or a call, the geography, how fresh it is and how many buyers want it. The pay-per-lead pricing guide shows how to work out your own floor from cost and let buyers bid above it.
Does Juiced handle gutter calls or live transfers?
No. Juiced distributes web leads and delivers them by webhook, email or text. It does not track or route phone calls, so if calls are part of your product you need call tracking software for that side.
Sell more of the gutter leads you already generate.
Funded buyers, bids above your minimum, and a marketplace for the leads nobody took the first time.
Scale your lead business, without limits
Juiced puts you in full control of your leads, routing, and revenue, so you can automate, optimize, and grow without chaos.
